APPOINTMENT POLICY

booking Policy

Please allow enough time to arrive on time for your appointment. We are a very busy salon and often work back to back appointments. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your booking it may need to be rescheduled or moved to the next free appointment time.

cancellations & deposits

We require 12 hours notice for cancellation. We understand that sometimes things can happen and we will always try to be as accommodating as possible. If you are a no-show for more than 3 appointments, we will require a credit card and a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure the time slot.

For group bookings of over 4 people, we require a fully refundable 50% deposit. If the booking is canceled within 48 hours of the appointment, the deposit is non-refundable.
