Before you book, here’s a little info to make sure your experience runs smoothly:

TPR File Pack:

For hygiene and safety, all nail clients receive their own personal TPR file pack. This one-off $10 purchase gives you a set of tools used only for your appointments, helping us keep prices down and reduce waste.

Saturday Surcharge:

A 15% surcharge applies for Saturday bookings, added at the final confirmation page.

Late Cancellations:

Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 100% fee.

Card Fees:

Standard card fees apply, but we also welcome cash payments to avoid fees.

Securing Your Booking:

A card is required to secure your appointment, but you can pay with cash, voucher, or other methods on the day.
