We can only accept the return of damaged goods. To be eligible for this return, the request must be made within 2 weeks of receiving your order by contacting tpr@theparlourroom.com.au. Attach images as you see fit.
Due to regulations worldwide, we cannot accept any refunds for open packages – this includes customers who are not satisfied with their purchase. If you’re concerned that your product is damaged or faulty, please contact us so we can assist you with the matter and issue a refund where applicable.
