TPR Appointment Policy

BOOKING POLICY

Please ensure you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. We are a very busy salon and often work back-to-back appointments. If you are 10 minutes or more late for your booking we may not have time to complete the service as a whole and such, it may need to be rescheduled or moved to the next available appointment of which you will forfeit the total fee of your treatment.

CANCELLATIONS & DEPOSITS

We have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel or make any changes within 24hours of your appointment, you will forfeit the total fee. For group bookings over 4 people, we require a 50% deposit and your CC to be stored on file in order to confirm your appointment. Any cancellations made within 2 weeks of your booking will forfeit the deposit, any cancellations made within 7 days will forfeit the deposit and incur a 50% cancellation fee. This includes those using a gift card.

GIFT CARDS / vouchers

All TPR gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable and are only be used exclusively for TPR treatments. If you’re wanting to use a voucher - please present your voucher in salon at the time of your appointment.

PACKS

All packs are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. We do not provide any refunds, transfers, extensions or suspensions and all cancellations and no-shows will be considered a forfeited visit.

TPR REWARDS

Clients can earn points on all waxing, brow, lash and tan appointments. Rewards are valid for 12 months before they expire and can only be redeemed on future waxing, brow, lash and tan appointments. You can access your rewards balance at the bottom of your booking confirmation emails.

AGE REQUIREMENTS

We are happy to accommodate your little ones, however we do ask that you please be considerate of staff and clients when in for your visit. Anyone under the age of 16 years will require parental supervision.

PREGNANCY & BREASTFEEDING

If you are, or think you may be pregnant, please inform our friendly staff prior to your appointment. Although we recommend you consult with your doctor first, we have a number of treatments suitable for mums to be and nursing mums.
