HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Please note, orders placed between 21 December - 3rd January may be slightly delayed (even with express shipping option & click and collect). Thank you for patience during this time.

We offer click and collect from our TPR location during business hours. You will receive a notification once this is ready.

We ship all online orders via Australia Post. 

Regular Post

2 - 5 business days for capital cities and metro areas
Regional and rural areas please allow up to 1-2 additional business days

Express Post

1 - 3 business days for capital cities and metro areas
Regional and rural areas please allow up to 1-2 additional business days

Please allow up to 24 hours to process your order upon placement (Monday - Friday). Your initial order confirmation email is not a confirmation of shipping, you will receive an additional email once your order has been shipped. Orders placed after 12pm on Fridays, over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.

COVID-19 delivery delays and processes

Please note that due to the current Covid-19 situation and restrictions, Australia Post services may experience some delays and orders may take longer to be delivered than normal. Thank you for your understanding. Australia Post has advised that in order to minimise the health risk to you and their staff, all parcels will no longer require a signature for delivery. You will still need to be present for delivery, but your parcel will be left at your door and no signature is required.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once we have packed and sent your order from The Parlour Room in Clovelly NSW, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track your delivery.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

The Parlour Room currently only delivers within Australia.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR DAMAGED?
