Self Appointment Policy

BOOKING POLICY

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows us to ensure you are relaxed and ready to make the most of your Self experience. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your booking we may not have time to complete the service as a whole and such, it may need to be rescheduled or moved to the next available appointment.

CANCELLATIONS & DEPOSITS

We require a 50% deposit at the time of your booking and have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel or make any changes within this time you will forfeit the total fee of your booking, this includes if you are a no-show or are 10 minutes or more late. This includes those using a gift card.

INFRARED SAUNA PACKS

3 packs are valid for 1 month from the date of purchase. 10 packs are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. These are single sessions only. We do not provide any refunds, transfers, extensions or suspensions and all cancellations and no-shows will be considered a forfeited visit.

GIFT CARDS

All Self gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable and are only to be used exclusively for Self treatments. Gift Cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other promo code or sale.

AGE REQUIREMENTS

For the safety and comfort of our staff and clients, we ask that no children or additional guests accompany you to your appointment. This includes newborns. We ask that you please make arrangements before your visit as we may need to reschedule.
All Self treatments are available for those 16 years and over.

PREGNANCY & BREASTFEEDING

If you are, or think you may be pregnant, please inform our friendly staff prior to your appointment. Although we recommend you consult with your doctor first, we have a number of treatments suitable for mums to be and nursing mums.
