Returns

 

We don’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. Purchases can be returned for an online store credit provided you provide the original proof of purchase within 14 days of purchase and the item is in an original, unused and unopened condition. Your online store credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of return. The store credit is valid for a one time use only. Online store credit cannot be used for any in salon services.

Returns can be made in salon or via post. Please note, initial or return shipping costs are not covered by The Parlour Room and will not be included in your store credit. We recommend customers make returns via Registered Post. We advise using a trackable service and purchasing parcel insurance. The Parlour Room will not be responsible for parcels lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

Faulty or Damaged Items
For all faulty or damaged items, we offer a replacement or a full refund. Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear or incorrect use are not considered to be faulty or damaged. Refunds will be processed via original payment method only (unless store credit is requested) and all refunds are processed in the original currency of the order ($AUD). We will not process refunds for returns that are lost or damaged via return delivery to The Parlour Room.
