Medik8 Press and Glow: This gentle yet effective formula is suitable for all skin types and contains PHAs (polyhydroxy acids). These acids have larger molecules compared to other exfoliating acids, resulting in a surface-level action that doesn't penetrate deeply into the skin and therefore is more gentle on the skin. To incorporate this exfoliating acid toner into your daily skincare routine, simply follow these steps. After cleansing both in the morning and evening, use a facial pad and press down on the pad 3-4 times. This everyday exfoliating acid toner can be used twice a day, making it the perfect addition to your skincare regimen.


The Active Peel System by Is Clinical is a dynamic and efficient two-step treatment specifically created to resurface and refine the skin while delivering essential hydration.

Step 1 of this system focuses on controlled exfoliation. It incorporates a unique blend of botanical acids that possess potent yet gentle exfoliating properties. These acids work in harmony with soothing botanical extracts to provide a nurturing and rejuvenating experience.

Apply the mask as you would a moisturizer, ensuring to massage it in thoroughly. Allow the product to absorb fully before heading to bed. In the morning, rinse off the mask thoroughly. 2. Tools of the trade

Facial Steamer: Enhance your skincare routine with the hydrating benefits of a facial steamer. It's an excellent method to keep your skin hydrated, resulting in a radiant complexion. For optimal results, we suggest steaming your face once or twice a week. Prior to steaming, give your skin an extra hydration boost by applying the Is Clinical Honey Enzyme Cleanser and steaming over the top for 10 minutes. Facial Massage: Revitalize your skin and stimulate collagen production by incorporating facial massages or Gua Sha tools into your routine. Pairing a Gua Sha with your favourite face oil can work wonders. We recommend the Biotyspa Gua Sha & Oil Duo. When using a Gua Sha, use sweeping strokes in and upward motion.

3. Exercise & infrared sauna

During exercise, our heart rate increases, leading to improved blood circulation throughout the body. Nourishment: A healthy diet rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants provides essential nutrients that support skin health.
