Who is it suited for?
An ideal treatment for anyone looking to prep their skin in the lead up to a special event, it’s also one of our favourite facials for future brides-to-be (our own founder Natalie says this is one of the best bridal facials around and routinely booked in for this in the lead up to her wedding).
Short term, you can expect an ultra-dewy look with a noticeably brighter complexion and in the long term; you’ll start to notice the disappearance of fine lines and wrinkles, a more even skin tone, and a reduced concentration of dark spots and pigmentation.

The treatment
A two-part treatment, it’s dubbed the Fire & Ice for a reason. With one part FIRE and one part ICE - it’s the iS Clinical active treatment designed to rapidly (and safely) resurface the skin. So while it is suitable for all skin types, if you do have sensitive skin, we suggest discussing with your therapist first.
PART ONE
Starting with an initial double cleanse, the first step “Fire” is where it heats up. With the application of the Intensive Resurfacing Masque (a light, superficial peel) you’ll experience a warm tingly sensation where the glycolic acid (18%) works its magic to resurface the skin and break down the top layer of dead skin cells. You’ll only experience this for around 3 minutes before it peaks in intensity and is swiftly relieved with a neutralising cleanser.
PART TWO
By far the most delicious part of the treatment (aside from the results of course), the second step “Ice” is all about hydration. To instantly cool and calm and counteract the heat, a soothing Rejuvenating Masque rich in aloe barbadensis leaf juice and green tea extracts is then applied. Packed with hyaluronic acid it works to lock in the moisture and feels oh-so-soothing as it’s gently massaged in with cooling ice globes (which we can guarantee will have you falling asleep) before finishing with an eye cream, serum, moisturiser and SPF.
The Results
With no downtime, this treatment does not disappoint. The results will vary based on the individual however, typically speaking there’s no redness, no irritation, and no inflammation post-treatment. Instead, you’re left with an incredibly hydrated, dewy complexion, absolutely radiating from within. Just see for yourself!
