It’s usually very simple as I’m always pushed for time! I double cleanse morning and night and use a few different serums – and of course moisturise from top to toe. I love a face mask and try my best to get two in a week depending on how my skin is feeling. I was recently introduced to The Beauty Chef and have been adding their Collagen Inner Beauty Boost to my water. I’ve also discovered This Works Deep Sleep Spray which it’s amazing for calming my mind after a busy day and helping to get my 7-8 hours sleep a night.
