I understand that withholding information or providing misinformation may result in contraindications and/or irritation to the skin from treatments received. The treatments I receive here are voluntary, and I release this institution and/or skincare professional from liability and assume full responsibility thereof. CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 6 hours' notice for cancellation. We understand that sometimes things can happen and we will always try to be as accommodating as possible. If you are a no-show or a late cancel, we will require a credit card and a 50% deposit at the time of future bookings to secure the appointment. For group bookings of over 4 people, we require a fully refundable 50% deposit. If the booking is canceled within 48 hours of the appointment, the deposit is non-refundable. This includes those using a gift card.
