Dry/ dehydrated – Honey enzyme, foaming enzyme
For dry/dehydrated skin, our SELF therapists suggest either the IS Clinical Honey Enzyme Facial for dry & sensitive skin to gently buff away any dead skin cells to allow the hydrating mask to penetrate deeper, leaving refreshed and rejuvenated skin. Book here.
For less sensitive skin types, the suggestion is a foaming enzyme, the enzymes work to break down and digest dead skin cells and congestion, allowing a fresh skin surface for the hydration to seep deeper into the skin. Book here.
Recommended products for dehydrated skin:
Cleanser – Medik8 Cream Cleanser
Eye Care – IS Clinical Youth Eye Complex
Moisturiser – IS Clinical Reparative Moisturiser Emulsion
Exfoliant – Medik8 Press & Glow
Masque – IS Clinical Hydra-Cooling Masque
SPF – Medik8 Physical Sunscreen
Sensitive Skin – Honey Enzyme, Omnilux
For sensitive skin our therapists recommend booking in for the IS Clinical Honey Enzyme Facial. This facial is designed with sensitive and compromised skins in mind. The gentle honey enzymes melt away any dead skin cells without stripping the barrier. An Omnilux add on would also be really beneficial as the healing LED light boosts collagen and elastin in the skin. Book here.
Recommended products for sensitive skin:
Cleanser – Medik8 Calmwise Cleanser
Eye Care – IS Clinical Youth Eye Complex
Moisturiser – Medik8 Ultimate Recovery
Exfoliant – IS Clinical Honey Enzyme Cleanser
Masque – Medik8 Ultimate Recovery Bio-Cellulose Mask
SPF – Medik8 Physical Sunscreen
Oily/acne prone – Exfoliating Clear Skin Facial
For oily or acne prone skin we would recommend either the IS Exfoliating Clear Skin Facial or The Signature Facial with a peel add on. The IS Exfoliating Clear Skin Facial is an advanced treatment application which removes impurities and reduces pores, leaving skin more radiant and less congested. Similarly, the peel add on is designed to eliminate dead skin cells, reduce congestion and leave skin feeling balanced and hydrated. Both facials are designed to work on congestion and inflammation in the skin. Book here.

Cleanser – IS Clinical Cleansing Complex
Eye Care – IS Clinical C Eye Serum

Ageing Skin – The Luxury Facial, Omnilux, Fire & Ice Facial
For Ageing skin we want to focus on helping the skin to produce collagen, rewind sun damaged skin and loss of elasticity. The Luxury Facial covers all aspects of this with a enzyme peel, LED light therapy and a stimulating massage. This treatment includes a double cleanse followed by an active cranberry seed exfoliation and enzyme fruit peel tailored to your specific skin needs, as well as gentle hand and arm massage, your skin will stimulate the production of collagen and elastin with an LED light treatment. The treatment then finishes with the application of a deeply restorative hydrating facial mask, eye cream, serum, moisturiser, SPF & a scalp massage. Book here.
